Have had several problems since, the most recent due to the water line freezing causing obstruction of the in-door water dispenser. The GE technician could not have been bigger jerk-completely rude, unprofessional, and couldn't explain a thing. Wanted $250 to install heater to warm the water line and said that this is common for GE water dispenser refrigerators and GE knows of the problem, therefore, produced these heaters to fix the problem. He got mad when I declined to have it fixed, demanded the $75 call fee and left. I recommend you visit appliancepartspros.com to read other customer complaint
