(More customer reviews)I guess I was smitten by the beautiful commercial.I actually went to a store to look at it in person.At one of the big box stores the salesperson warned that this product was not too great as far as he was concerned.I figured he was trying to sell another brand.Well I ordered the side by side and it was shipped in the time frame that i was told, however there was a dent in the door.Called the vendor and they contacted Electrolux and they sent out a new door right away.My concern is the drawers.They are in several parts and seem to be made of very cheap plastic.The instruction manual doesn't give directions for getting the drawers out.It was very difficult and some parts came off and I had to figure out how to get them back together.The little slides for the fresh drawer comes off its hinges when opening and closing the drawer.I contacted the Electrolux and they have replaced everything, but it does not cover the frustration and inconvenience.I cannot recommend this product.I have only had it 4 months.
